I bought a deal. Now what?
Once you buy a voucher, your credit card or PayPal account will be charged. The next day you will be sent an email with a link to your deal voucher (or you can sign into your Daily Deal Chicago account – and find your vouchers there). Then all you need to do is print it out the voucher and follow the redemption instructions. Make sure you use the voucher before the expiration date to get the full promotional value.
Is my personal information safe?
We take the security of your personal information very seriously. We utilize 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, to protect your credit card information. Moreover, the personal information you provide when you register for a Daily Deal Chicago account will not be sold or given to any third parties.
How do I buy or use a gift?
When you buy a voucher, just choose/click gift. You will input the email address of the recipient. Then, an email will be sent to the recipient as soon as your card is charged, with all the instructions they need to claim their gift. They will be required to have an account with Daily Deal Chicago to store and redeem the gifted voucher.
How do I find out about Daily Deal Chicago offers?
First, you should sign up to receive our FREE Daily Deal Chicago emails. These emails will let you know about the new deals that are available to you each day. When you find a deal that you want to purchase, simply click the “Buy Now” link and proceed through the purchase process.
How do I purchase a deal?
Just click "Buy now" before the offer ends. Every offer will be available until the deal timer on the homepage runs out. Once a deal is over, we will charge your credit card and the next day we will send you a link to print out your voucher (also available on our site in your account). The charge will appear on your credit card from Daily Deal Chicago, LLC.
Do the vouchers expire?
Most of our deals have an expiration date (which you will see on the deal page before you buy it – and on the voucher when you print it out). Once a Daily Deal voucher reaches its expiration date, it loses its promotional value, however you can still redeem it for the price you paid for the length of time dictated by gift certificate laws in Illinois.
Can deals be combined with other special offers?
Not unless that is specifically stated on the deal offer/voucher.
How can I get my businesses offer on Daily Deal Chicago?
Just email us at business@dailydealchicago.com or go to our “For Businesses” page and fill out the form. Someone from our office will contact you quickly to discuss featuring your businesses deal on Daily Deal Chicago.
What payment methods do you accept?
We will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
What if I want to change or cancel my offer?
You can modify or cancel an order BEFORE the deal timer (on homepage) runs out by e-mailing orders@dailydealchicago.com. However, once a deal timer runs out, your credit card will be charged. And you will not be able to cancel your order.
Can I get a refund for my purchase?
If you have a problem with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. As a standard practice, we will not offer any refunds, however we will evaluate each situation. To inquire about a refund, drop us a line at orders@dailydealchicago.com and someone will respond to you promptly.
What if the business on the voucher goes out of business?
You will immediately be issued a complete refund of the purchase price of the deal.
If I do not use the full value of the voucher in one visit, can I use the remainder of the value later?
No. Unless otherwise stated on the deal offer, you do not receive store credit or cash back for whatever balance that you do not use.
